Breakpoint Padel – Terms of Use
By booking or playing at Breakpoint Padel, you agree to the following terms:
1. Play at Your Own Risk: Padel is a physical sport involving inherent risks. Players are responsible for playing safely and within their own abilities.
2. Health & Fitness: Players must ensure they are medically fit to participate and should stop playing immediately if they feel unwell or injured.
3. Court Safety: Appropriate sports clothing and non-marking footwear must be worn. Players must follow all displayed safety instructions and must not misuse or damage courts, glass panels or equipment.
4. Children: Players under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult unless participating in an organised, supervised coaching session.
5. Unstaffed Hours: The venue operates without staff between 6am–8am and 10pm–11pm. A minimum of two people must be present in the playing hall at all times during unstaffed hours. Players must not enter or remain in the playing hall alone and must familiarise themselves with emergency exits and procedures. In an emergency, call 999.
6. Access & Security: Entry codes are for authorised customers only and must not be shared. Players must ensure external doors are securely closed after entry or exit.
7. Damage & Conduct: Players must treat the facilities and other users respectfully. Breakpoint Padel reserves the right to refuse access for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour and may seek reimbursement for damage caused deliberately or negligently.
8. Personal Belongings: Players are responsible for their personal possessions. Breakpoint Padel does not accept liability for loss or damage except where legally responsible.
9. Liability: Breakpoint Padel maintains business insurance. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Bookings: Bookings, cancellations and refunds are subject to the booking conditions displayed on MATCHi.
11. Racket Hire & Ball Purchases: Rental rackets and Padel balls are available exclusively from the vending machines located in the playing hall. These items are not available from clubhouse staff. Players should obtain any required equipment from the vending machines before their booking begins.
Acceptance: By completing a booking, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and agree to make all other players in your booking aware of them.
